Samples, production & delivery
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping arrangements depend on product type, order quantity, packaging, destination and the agreed trade terms. The signed quotation or order confirmation controls the final schedule and cost.
Reference lead times
- Samples
- Usually 7–10 business days after specifications and any required sample payment are confirmed.
- Bulk production
- Usually 15–25 business days after sample approval and deposit.
- Custom work
- Complex stone selection, carving, electrical components or private-label packaging may require additional time.
These are planning references, not guaranteed dispatch dates. The written quotation confirms the schedule for each order.
Shipping quotation
Available routes may include courier, air freight, rail or sea freight depending on destination and shipment size. Freight, insurance, duties, taxes, remote-area fees and import compliance are quoted or allocated under the agreed Incoterm.
What we need from you
- Destination country, city and postal code
- Company or recipient name and complete delivery address
- Preferred delivery window
- Any broker, label, certification or marketplace requirements
Packaging and dispatch
Standard bracelet references use an individual recyclable paper box and care card. Private-label cards, stickers and branded packaging are available by quotation. Fragile décor packaging is planned for the confirmed dimensions and shipping method.
Inspection on delivery
Check outer cartons, quantities and visible condition as soon as the shipment arrives. Keep packaging, labels and clear photos if damage, shortage or mismatch is suspected, then contact us within the inspection period stated in the quotation or contract.
