Material identity & responsible disclosure

Materials & Treatment

Material names, treatments, components and dimensions should be confirmed for the actual production batch. Images show design references and natural stones can vary in color, pattern, inclusions and translucency.

Updated

How materials are described

Natural stone
A mineral or rock material formed in nature and cut, polished or drilled for the product.
Treated stone
Material altered by methods such as heating, dyeing, coating, irradiation, stabilization or impregnation. The relevant treatment should be disclosed for the confirmed batch.
Composite
Reconstructed, bonded or assembled material containing natural and/or manufactured components.
Glass or crystal glass
Manufactured glass products; these should not be represented as natural mineral crystals.

Batch confirmation

Before production, request the product specification, actual batch photos or video, bead or object dimensions, treatment disclosure and an approved sample where required. Geological origin varies by mineral and batch; Donghai County, Jiangsu, China is the design, assembly and quality-check location, not automatically the geological origin of every stone.

Measurement

Bead diameter, bracelet length, décor size and weight are measured with practical production tolerances. Confirm the tolerance in writing for calibrated components, fitted jewelry, retail packaging or installation projects.

Color and photography

Natural variation, camera exposure, lighting and screen settings can affect color. High-resolution images support inspection but cannot replace an approved physical sample when exact matching is essential. Sample and bulk production should be compared against the agreed range, not one idealized bead.

Care guidance

  • Wipe jewelry with a soft dry cloth after wear.
  • Remove it before bathing, swimming, exercise and household cleaning.
  • Avoid perfume, chemicals, hard impact, soaking and prolonged direct sunlight.
  • Do not assume a stone is water-safe without confirming every material and component.
  • Keep illuminated décor dry and follow the confirmed electrical instructions for its destination market.
